“UnPlanned” defended as “the Truth”

Ashley Bratcher, the actress who plays Abbey Johnson, insisted that Unplanned did not sensationalise the subject. She said: “I did a ton of my own research. I looked at both pro-life and pro-choice arguments. One of the doctors in the film is a former abortion worker, who performed over 1,000 abortions. Regardless of what an obstetrician has said, or someone who doesn’t even work as an abortion doctor, no one can determine when a foetus feels pain. There’s not enough evidence. So it’s not a matter of sensationalism or inaccuracy, it’s just the truth.”
