Make Your Voice Heard: Support Pro-Life Candidates in the Upcoming Election
16.11.2024
As Ireland prepares for the general election on November 29th, this is a vital opportunity to stand up for the unborn by voting for and supporting pro-life candidates. Now more than ever, we need representatives who will defend life and uphold the dignity of every human being.
Aontú is the only pro-life party in Dáil Éireann, led by Peadar Tóibín, who left Sinn Féin in protest against their pro-abortion stance. Aontú remains steadfast in its commitment to protecting life at all stages.
We also owe our gratitude to pro-life independents who have consistently stood unwavering for the unborn. Independent Ireland, while not having an official abortion policy, is represented by TDs who are firmly pro-life, including their party leader Michael Collins, alongside Michael Fitzmaurice and Richard O’Donoghue.
Beyond these, other independent TDs have shown strong support for the pro-life cause. Among them are Mattie McGrath, Michael Healy-Rae, Danny Healy-Rae, and Carol Nolan, who left Sinn Féin to take a stand against abortion, demonstrating remarkable courage and integrity.
This election is a critical chance to send a message that life matters. If you can, get involved in the campaigns of pro-life candidates—volunteer, canvas, and encourage others to do the same. Let’s ensure that the Dáil is filled with voices that will fight for the most vulnerable among us.
Your vote matters. Let’s use it to protect life.
