Ohio State Budget Defunds Planned Parenthood

30.08.2019

The legislators of the American state of Ohio voted to omit granting $1.5 million to Planned Parenthood, America’s largest abortion chain. Instead they allocated $7.5 million for the 200 pro-life pregnancy centres across the state. This major change follows a 2016 law that denied funding to any abortion providers. The law was challenged by PP but in March this year the courts ruled that the government’s rule was legal. PP pretends that abortion is only a small part of its work, even though it carried out 320,000 abortions annually. But this is not surprising, since deception is vital to the business.
